The Fool hath said in his heart, there is no God - Psalm 14:1

John 3

4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?

5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

8 The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.

14 ¶ And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up:

15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.

16 ¶ For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

18 ¶ He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

John 14

1 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.

2 In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.

3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.

The Final Authority

There are many signs in the world today that Jesus is coming soon, but the plainest of them all is number of scoffers and mockers saying "Where is the promise of his coming... (II Peter 3:3-4)" The fact that they are fulfilling a prophecy uttered 2,000 years ago by the apostle Peter, & other prophecies by Paul and Jesus Christ seemingly never occurs to them.

I am going to be blunt; that is not because I want to offend you. No matter what skeptics say or do or think, Jesus Christ will soon return to the atmosphere of this earth, call out the body of Christ and take it with him. The Bible clearly teaches that there are 2 kinds of people in the world; those who have the Son of God and those who don't. He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.
I John 5:12

I want to cut to the chase and ask you which group are you in? In other words, Are you saved? If you are wondering "saved from what?" the answer is saved from eternal separation from God. If you die without Christ you will go to a place called Hell. Jesus put it this way, "If you believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins. - John 8:24"

The way to Salvation is simple and acceptance is a sure thing. Jesus said, "...him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out." - John 6:37... Think about it; if Jesus loves you enough that He died for your sins, do you think He is going to reject you if you ask Him to save you from your sins?

People often confuse getting saved with becoming saved. You get saved by asking Jesus Christ to save you and you "become saved" by living a good life, which is just not going to happen. Romans 3:10 says, " As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:" You may be religious in the sense of going to church and maybe you try to live a decent, moral life, but your life will not justify you if it is judged by God's standards. You must be saved by grace or you will never be saved at all.

It was because of Adam's original transgression that paradise on Earth was lost: "Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one (Jesus Christ), the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life."

So how does one go about getting saved? The answer is so simple that many people reject the idea because of it's simplicity. The Bible always gives the right answer and in this case it is as plain as the nose on your face. "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. - Romans 10:9-10" Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. Acts 4:12

No matter who you are, God Loves You! You were put here on this Earth for a purpose. Until you turn your heart and life over to Jesus, you will never have a really gratifying life. Make no mistake; there is no other peace on this planet outside a personal relationship with Jesus.

Be very careful how you respond to this invitation. If you die without Jesus, it will be just one more time that you rejected him and that will haunt you on the day of judgment.
Matthew 12:36 "But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment".

Jesus said "Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest." - Matthew 11:28... A burden of unforgiven sins will slowly drain the life out of you. At best, you will struggle all your life and die wondering why you were born at all. Don't waste the life God has given you by rejecting the greatest gift ever offered to the human race.

The tug you feel on your heart is God's Spirit pleading with you not to reject the free gift proffered by Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God. Say unto them, As I live, saith the Lord GOD, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for why will ye die...?

If you will call upon the Lord, Jesus Christ in the best way you know how, I positively guarantee he will not turn you away. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

I once heard a man say "Don't tell me something out of the Bible! Tell me something you know." That is exactly what I'm trying to do here; i.e. tell you something I know. Jesus told Nicodemus We speak that we do know, and testify that we have seen; and ye receive not our witness. That may be the most frustrating part of being a Christian.

In like manner, No one can verbalize what it is like being saved. You must experience it yourself. If you will, then you wonder why you ever resisted. I urge you to obey the gospel and accept Jesus Christ without delay. God Bless You.

Romans 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

If you are looking for truth you can find it here. I can boldly make that assertion because the focus of this site is the Bible and the Bible is always right. As Jesus told the Pharisees, "Search the Scriptures"; it isn't about me. What will you do then with Jesus which is called Christ?
